The 1960s apartment building underwent a comprehensive energy-efficient renovation. Measures included insulation of the entire building envelope, replacement of all windows with triple-glazed elements, and installation of a modern air-to-water heat pump combined with a photovoltaic system.

Result
Reduction of primary energy demand by over 75%. Achievement of KfW Efficiency House 70 standard.
